About Us

Faithful Audio is a high end hi-fi and home cinema showroom located within the Audio Affair store. Everyone who works here loves music that has inspired a passion for great hi-fi. We have a combined experience of over 35 years in the hi-fi business and many of us have loved hi-fi for even longer.

Faithful Audio’s sales manager Richard has a very keen eye in hi-fi, as well as extensive product knowledge. Looking after our customers even after sale.

Why get into hi-fi?

Music is a big part of our lives and we’d love to show you how great it can sound through a great hi-fi system. Can you imagine a day, a week or even a month without hearing any music? Neither can we! In all parts of our lives, whether you’re happy, celebrating, relaxing, exercising, spending time on your own, with family or with friends, music makes life all that more enjoyable. With this in mind, doesn’t it make sense that the music should sound as good as possible? Great sounding music can raise your spirits, give you goosebumps and make every day a special occasion. We believe hi-fi should do the same.

We enjoy answering your queries on turntables, streamers, amplification, dacs & speakers plus those all important accessories that can make a good hi-fi into a great one! Installation tips & hints come as standard as we want our customers to enjoy their music even more.

Faithful Audio Showroom

Our beautiful new “Faithful Audio” showroom in the Audio Affair store (3 Gibb St, Custard Factory, Birmingham) has been designed to offer the ultimate in hi-fi demonstrations, giving you both time and advice to help you make an informed decision. We offer you a relaxed, comfortable and welcoming environment, encourage you to bring your own music and even your own equipment for comparison if desired. You can also explore the ‘brave new world’ of music available online via streamers and iPad control systems.

In addition to showroom demonstration facilities, we offer:

- Home demonstrations and home trials
- Optional home installation service
- Generous part exchanges on same/other brand equipment

We also stock a number of high quality vinyl pressing & CD’s from world famous Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) and other labels for your listening pleasure.

Refreshments are provided for all booked demonstrations and free parking is available. We are also happy to open late or out of normal hours by prior arrangement – contact us to book a demo and we’ll see what we can do.

What can I expect?

The main space in the Faithful Audio showroom is set-up for both hi-fi and home cinema demonstrations and caters for various systems, from great value starter systems to some of the finest audio systems in the world. Thanks to a careful design the format of the room can easily be changed to suit the equipment being demonstrated, whether its its two channel, home cinema, or a simple headphones system.

In addition to hi-fi and AV facilities, we have installed full headphone amp & headphones demonstration area where you can experience headphones all the way from value models upto high end favourites like the Sennheiser HD700, Sennheiser HD800, Grado GS1000i, Grado PS500, Grado PS1000, Beyerdynamic Tesla T1, Ultrasone Edition 10 and more.

We also appreciate many of you are now listening to more music in more ‘non traditional’ ways. Consequently, you can also experience multi room systems, streaming music throughout our store (from computer or NAS drives), internet radio, and a selection of installed ceiling speakers if you’re also looking for something more discrete.

As many of you are now also listening to music via PC or Mac, a good Dac (Digital to Analogue Converter) is more important than ever, this has led to us also stocking a careful selection of DACs from some of the worlds greatest hi-fi manufacturers.
